In 2022 we decided to highlight Irving Public Library’s RPG kits. Being an avid D&D player myself I was extremely excited to land this project! I got to work with the symmetry tool in Procreate for the first time doing all the foliage and weapons. On the right is the original drawing in Procreate and you can see how it sort of grew from there. It was sort of a joke to market it as an affordable way to go on an adventure. What I really wanted was to give people a little character sheet inside that would look pretty. It is more of a classic D&D system character sheet, so I left a little window for player character art.
